By using InstaMove Quote ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of Service — Informational Estimates Only

InstaMove Quote provides informational moving price estimates only. All price ranges displayed on this platform are independent benchmarks calculated from publicly available industry data, typical labor rates, distance, home size, and other moving variables.

Reports generated by InstaMove Quote are not binding moving quotes. They do not constitute an offer, contract, or guarantee from any moving company. Final moving prices are determined solely by the licensed moving company you hire and may vary significantly from the estimates provided here.

3. No Guarantee of Mover Pricing

InstaMove Quote provides no guarantee that any moving company will honor, match, or even acknowledge the estimate contained in your report. Moving companies set their own pricing independently. You must obtain a formal written quote directly from any mover you intend to hire.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying that any mover you hire holds a valid state or federal license
• Confirming the mover carries appropriate liability and cargo insurance
• Reading reviews and researching the mover's reputation independently
• Obtaining and reviewing a final written quote before signing any contract
• Understanding the terms of any binding or non-binding estimate provided by your mover

5. The $4.95 Report Fee

The $4.95 fee charged by InstaMove Quote is for digital access to the generated moving price report. This fee covers the creation, delivery, and permanent access to your personalized estimate report. It does not purchase any moving service, reservation, or guaranteed pricing from any mover. All sales are final once the report has been generated and delivered. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. No Affiliation with Moving Companies

InstaMove Quote is an independent platform. We are not a moving company, broker, or lead generation service. We do not refer your information to movers, and we do not receive compensation from any moving company.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaMove Quote and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from reliance on any estimate, price difference between our report and actual mover quotes, or any moving-related loss or damage.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
